Dear players,

After observing the Catch-Up System for several weeks, we unfortunately had to conclude that active players, as well as those who actively support the game financially through IAPs, are being heavily disadvantaged. For this and other reasons, there will be a major change to the Catch-Up System.

Active players (logged in within the last 7 days) will never be disadvantaged. Players who have not been online for more than 7 days, as well as new players, are eligible for Catch-Up. Other players are not. The Catch-Up System will be triggered once every 7 days when the trigger conditions are met.

In the future, Catch-Up will not only change CP, but also other values. The exact calculation will remain an internal secret to prevent abuse.

We apologize to the players who were disadvantaged by the current system in recent days, for example by dropping from rank 30 to over rank 200 because of many new players. If you notice such or other errors or injustices, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please let us know on Discord or via a support ticket.

You can now access the muPoint store directly in-game! Simply open the Mall (next to the chat) and click on the muPoint tab. Please note: Recharging muPoints is only possible via our Android app or by joining our Patreon.

Dear players,

with the next update we will remove the old Recharge Cards from the Login Event and other game sources. These classic cards will also be cleaned from your inventory, because they are getting a full rework.

From the upcoming update, Recharge Cards will no longer give Diamonds. Instead, they will reward real muPoints based on their value.

Don’t worry — you will not lose anything. We will count all Recharge Cards currently in your inventory and compensate you directly with Diamonds and SVIP Points on your character.

A new, improved version of the Recharge Card will be available soon through other game sources. We are preparing several gameplay changes over the next days and weeks, following our active roadmap to keep improving the game.

We recently identified and patched a tracking error regarding the in-game Recharge Cards.

🔍 The Issue

• What happened: A bug in the system caused some cards activated via the "Auto Use" feature to not be registered or counted correctly towards your account benefits.

• The Fix: This issue has been fully resolved. Simply restart your game to apply the hotfix, and everything will function normally again.

🎟️ How to Claim Your Missing Items

If you utilized the Auto Use feature recently and believe you lost items or credits due to this tracking bug, please let us help you fix it:

2. Include your exact character name.

3. Provide an estimated total number of cards you used while the bug was active.

Providing this information helps us scan the database logs much faster to verify and restore your missing items.
